These are nine superfoods you should start eating now

Broccoli

Quinoa

Blueberries

Kale

Sweet Potatoes

Black Garlic

Salmon

Papaya Salad

1 Tablespoon of sugar
1 clove of garlic
2 cups of shredded papaya
1 cup of crab
1 cup of sardines or anchovies
1 cup of shrimp
1 Tablespoon of fish sauce

Toss ingredients together and serve cold or at room temperature.
