Hello,
I've toyed with the prospects of starting recipe blog for quite sometime. So today is my launch date still without much planning or a business plan (mainly because is a rainy Sunday after noon here in NC). This blog will be a tribute to my pursuit of low acid food products mixed with great recipes and fantastic travel. The name comes from a blog in a book I'm writing, every other practical name was already taken. I typed in Expresso Express and presto it's available, maybe that's a sign from somewhere. well any way enjoy.
