Goat Cheese

Well I was looking for goat cheese products because there aren't many found in the store. I love cheese, but its not good for acid reflux. I've found some beautiful North Carolina farms. I hope to have a North Carolina farm on day. Goat cheese has less fatty acids than cows milk. It is also good for food allergies and certain skin conditions.

Prodigal farms provide a glimpse into the goat farming business. Their kickstarter campaign is still under way if you would like to help them build a facility to make hard cheeses. Their goats look wonderful. http://prodigalfarm.com/
